INCREDIBLE facilitates open innovation by:

  • establishing and operating iNets for NWFPs, bringing together relevant actors with complementary knowledge, expertise and experiences in order to create innovation ecosystems for NWFPs;
  • identifying challenges and innovation needs within each iNet, and exploring ways to address them, building on the competences and contributions of all actors within the iNet ecosystem.
  • offering Open Innovation Challenges and Research-into-Action summary awards  to engage broader participation for social, technological and silvicultural innovations.
